About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Fulfillment & Distribution team. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting our clients' logistics operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, bilingual (English & Spanish), and eager to grow within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and register incoming inventory
- Accurately manage inventory in our system, ensuring all client goods are accounted for
- Process and fulfill client orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight forwarders
- Prepare shipping documents, including AWBs and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Handle bonded and FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) merchandise following compliance requirements
- Communicate with clients regarding inventory status, order updates, and special requests
- Assist with continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management preferred
- Knowledge of bonded and FTZ operations is a strong plus
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer proficiency (inventory systems, spreadsheets, email communication)
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20.00/hour starting rate
- Full-time position (40 hours/week)
