We are seeking a creative, organized, and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to elevate our firm’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Spotify. This role will own our full social media calendar — building campaigns, creating content, driving engagement, and supporting our recruiting, branding, and client education efforts online.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement an integrated social media strategy aligned with firm branding, business development, and recruiting goals.
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive content calendar across platforms.
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on analytics and engagement.

 

 

Content Creation & Campaign Execution:

  • Create and publish engaging, high-quality content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Spotify (audio/podcast content).
  • Collaborate with leadership and advisors to translate financial concepts into accessible, educational content.
  • Repurpose content across platforms for maximum impact.

 

 

Community Engagement:

  • Build a sense of community around our brand with clients, prospects, and the broader market.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers, partners, and thought leaders in the financial space.

 

 

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track key performance metrics and deliver monthly reports on social media activity, engagement, and growth.
  • Make recommendations to improve performance and ROI of social marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building and managing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Spotify/podcasting.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing skills preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and how to interpret data.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Professional presence with an understanding of brand tone and compliance considerations in a regulated industry.
