
UGC / Marketing / Outreach Intern
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and people-oriented Marketing & Outreach Intern to support our growth efforts across digital and direct engagement channels. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain real-world experience in marketing, sales, customer research, and strategic outreach.
You’ll be involved in everything from drafting emails to helping build brand partnerships and conducting outreach to potential users or partners. Your work will directly contribute to our visibility, customer understanding, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with marketing campaigns, including email outreach, messaging, and follow-up
Support outbound communication: reach out to target customers, partners, and organizations
Help conduct customer and market research to inform product and strategy decisions
Participate in and take notes during sales calls or discovery meetings
Contribute to lead generation efforts through LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
Work with internal teams to align messaging and outreach strategies
Help build and maintain contact databases and outreach pipelines
Support partnership development with student groups, businesses, or nonprofit orgs
Ideal Candidate
Strong communicator (written + verbal)
Interested in marketing, communications, sales, or customer strategy
Comfortable with cold outreach and building new relationships
Organized, self-motivated, and proactive
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email platforms, or Google Workspace is a plus
Enthusiastic about growth, experimentation, and iteration
