Job Overview
As a Campus Ambassador & Community Engagement professional, you’ll bring Chivy to college campuses, engaging NYC singles to build a vibrant user base. You’ll host events, test audience engagement strategies, collect testimonials, and spark organic viral movements to drive sign-ups and word-of-mouth growth. This paid part-time role offers flexible hours and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
Organize 2–3 campus events (e.g., mixers, info sessions) monthly to promote Chivy, targeting 50+ sign-ups in NYC with a focus on in-person connections.
Test different event formats or outreach strategies (e.g., undergrad vs. grad student focus) to identify which NYC singles engage most, refining targeting approaches.
Collect 10+ testimonials monthly from users about Chivy’s events and their role in fostering real chemistry.
Launch a trending campaign (e.g., #ChivyOnCampus) monthly to achieve 1K+ impressions, encouraging organic sharing to spark word-of-mouth growth.
Report on event outcomes, audience insights, and campaign performance.
Qualifications
Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
Proven success leading campus initiatives (e.g., grew a club by 50+ members or hosted events with 100+ attendees).
Portfolio or case study showcasing community engagement, ideally targeting diverse audiences.
NYC candidates preferred for in-person events; remote candidates must excel in virtual outreach.
