Marketing Project Administrator

We are seeking a Marketing Project Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing strategic marketing guidance and deliverables that develop and enhance brand awareness and consistency to help drive interest/use and, in-turn, revenue for the Association for Hospital Medical Education (AHME), a Management Firm client of Partners in Medical Education, Inc. (Partners®).

Tactical Duties Include:

  • Marketing Strategic Guidance
  • Website Content and Marketing
  • Social Media Posting, Email Blast Campaigns
  • Publication Management, AHME Guide, AHME Newsletter
  • Work with Speakers & Subject Matter Experts for Marketing and Facilitation of Webinars
  • Tracking & Reporting Performance Metrics of Marketing Campaigns
  • Serve as a Marketing Liaison Between all Involved Parties

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience in Marketing, Branding, Advertising - Graphic Design a Plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe - Marketing Software, WordPress Experience a Plus
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills - Able to Appropriately Interact with Professional Level Clientele
  • Strong Analytical Skills, Self-Starter
  • Multi-Tasker, Detail-Oriented
  • Excellent Grammar and Proofreading Skills
  • Team Player, Pleasant, Helpful, Optimistic
