Eagle Eye Power Solutions is a 15-year-old, Mequon-based company on a mission to protect the electrical grid, data centers, and other critical power environments through advanced technology, education, and exceptional service. Now, we’re looking for a motivated and technically curious intern to join us this summer (and possibly beyond), reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Product. This role is an opportunity to interact across departments, contribute to real projects, and quickly gain exposure to high-impact business practices.
What You’ll Do:
Support Sales Teams: Learn the estimating process, help manage sales documentation, and assist inside sales managers with project execution.
Collaborate with Marketing: Participate in the creation of scopes of work, customer-facing sell sheets, and sales binder materials. Assist in demand-generation campaigns for our educational events.
Participate in Events: Help prepare for and possibly attend trade shows or regional education events, supporting our outside sales staff.
Contribute to Product Management: Assist with competitive research, cross-reference matrix creation, and market research for new product development.
Gain Cross-Departmental Exposure: Work with sales, product management, marketing, operations, and support teams—developing your business IQ fast.
What We’re Looking For:
A self-starter who’s motivated to learn and contribute.
Someone who’s technically minded, organized, and comfortable working with data.
An aspiring professional interested in sales, marketing, or product management (think customer solution-building—not high-pressure, transactional selling).
A strong communicator who can work independently but also thrives in a team.
A current college student (preferably from UW-Milwaukee) who’s looking for a serious growth opportunity at a company that values real work over busy work.
