Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Business Development and Marketing professional to lead the creation and execution of our marketing strategies and drive supplier-side partnerships. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing—including inbound and outbound initiatives, social media, and sales collateral—as well as identifying, securing, and onboarding partners in training, equipment, and travel.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Newport Beach, California. The role requires the ability to travel throughout the United States. Occasional travel to international vacation dive destinations is desirable but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase platform awareness and engagement

Create compelling sales collateral and manage marketing content across digital channels

Oversee social media presence and implement strategies to grow and engage our audience

Identify and secure partnerships with training agencies, gear manufacturers, travel providers, and other dive-related suppliers

Lead the onboarding process for new supplier partners and manage ongoing relationships

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and supplier meetings throughout the U.S.

Track and analyze marketing and partnership performance to optimize efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S.; travel to international vacation dive destinations is a plus

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Passion for the dive industry or adventure travel is a plus
