About Us
NORAD LLC is a fast-growing automation consultancy specializing in high-ticket, custom systems and automation engagements for small and mid-size businesses—particularly in real estate agencies, food & beverage, service industries, and e-commerce. Our solutions streamline operations, boost revenue, and free up teams to focus on growth. As we scale, we’re building a remote/hybrid sales team to drive new client projects.
Your Role
Prospecting Outreach
- Conduct proactive, targeted outreach to qualified SMB/Mid-Market prospects
- Work with leadership to define and hit monthly outreach goals (metrics will be set internally)
Full-Cycle Sales
- Own the entire sales cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → close for high-ticket automation deals
- Negotiate terms and secure signed contracts (typically $5K–$10K+ per client)
Account Development & Upsells
- Present ongoing maintenance packages (e.g., $250/mo) and premium automation services
- Nurture client relationships to drive renewals, referrals, and additional projects
What We Offer
Commission Structure
- 25% commission on all implementation fees and milestone payments
- 25% of first-year maintenance MRR (for example, $1,250 on a $5K annual plan)
Tiered Accelerators
- 28% commission on all revenue above $100K closed per quarter
- 30% commission on stretch performance beyond quota
Deal-Size Bonus
- $250 bonus for every single deal over $12K

- Branded demo decks and ROI calculators
- Weekly 1:1 pipeline reviews to optimize conversion

Who You Are
- Experienced Hunter: 5–7+ years in B2B or technology sales, consistently closing SMB/Mid-Market deals via prospecting outreach
- Self-Motivated & Organized: Thrives on owning the full sales cycle and collaborating to meet monthly targets
- Tech-Savvy: Skilled with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive), LinkedIn, and market intelligence tools
- Dynamic Closer: Proven ability to run 1–2-week sales cycles and close multiple high-value deals per month
- Relationship Builder: Knows how to upsell maintenance contracts and generate referrals
