We’re opening a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant in San Antonio with plans to grow quickly — and we’re building a launch team of future leaders.
As a Shift Manager, you’ll help run the floor, drive service, and lead the team during peak shifts. This role is hands-on and fast-moving — perfect for someone who wants real leadership experience and a path to higher responsibility as we expand.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts with confidence and urgency
- Keep the team aligned, focused, and moving during busy hours
- Monitor food quality, speed, and the guest experience
- Jump in wherever needed — FOH and BOH
- Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and operational flow
- Support new hires and coach team members in the moment
- Handle cash, close the restaurant, and complete shift reports
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ months of experience in a keyholder or shift leadership role
- Able to manage a fast-moving shift with a calm, clear presence
- Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
- Dependable, consistent, and leads by example
- Spanish-speaking a plus
