We structure our capital stacks through a blend of equity, debt, and EB-5 funding. As a vertically integrated company, we develop, market, and manage our own projects.

With the growing demand for U.S. permanent residency solutions among international students, especially within the Chinese community, we are seeking a *recent graduate from a top U.S. university* to join our in-house team as an *EB-5 Investment Consultant* focused on Mandarin-speaking F1 students.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Promote BAI Capital’s EB-5 investment opportunities to Chinese students currently studying in the U.S.
•⁠  ⁠Develop one-on-one relationships with high-potential leads through networking, events, and referrals.
•⁠  ⁠Educate prospective investors on the EB-5 program, our projects, and the path to permanent residency.
•⁠  ⁠Create and manage Mandarin-language social media content (WeChat, RED/Xiaohongshu, Instagram, etc.) to drive awareness and engagement.
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate with the marketing and legal teams to support content creation, client presentations, and investor onboarding.
•⁠  ⁠Attend EB-5, education, and real estate events where relevant.

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠Chinese national currently on *F-1 visa* and *OPT-eligible* (we will sponsor your OPT employment).
•⁠  ⁠Recent graduate from a *top U.S. university* (Ivy League, top-tier public/private institutions preferred).
•⁠  ⁠Strong verbal and written communication skills in *Mandarin and English*.
•⁠  ⁠Highly persuasive and confident in sales conversations.
•⁠  ⁠Passion for real estate, immigration, or investment-related industries.
•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, RED, Douyin) and content creation trends.
•⁠  ⁠Willing to *relocate to Miami* and work full-time in our office.
