Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator: Join our Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

 

Pirtle Construction is currently seeking a talented Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As an integral member of our team, you'll bring your self-motivation, organization, flexibility, and excellent written, verbal, and graphic skills to assist our marketing and proposal activities for all regions Pirtle serves. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting in the development of social media content, graphics, layouts, presentations, planning, writing, editing, and proofreading proposal responses to RFP’s/RFQ’s along with other marketing responsibilities and collateral.

As a Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator at Pirtle Construction, your role will involve assisting in the development of marketing and proposal activities for the company. Here are the responsibilities and requirements for the position:

 

  1. Create graphics and visual tools to achieve creative layouts for proposals and presentations.
  2. Develop creative content that meets the requirements of RFPs/RFQs, taking a proactive and strategic approach to address winning themes.
  3. Utilize proposal management tools like outlines, matrices, and schedules to manage all aspects of proposal development, including strategy, content, page count, and task assignments.
  4. Maintain project and proposal database.
  5. Prepare engaging projects and company content for press releases, social media marketing, brochures, website, and mail, ensuring consistency with marketing strategies.
  6. Provide support to the Business Development Team with tasks like creating brochures, AIAs (American Institute of Architects) documents, and project listings.
  7. Assist in planning, organizing and executing company events such as company milestone events, (topping out/groundbreaking), company meetings and various other events.

 

Requirements:

  1. Skilled in developing visuals, infographics, and graphically designed layouts.
  2. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and MS Office 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are required.
  3. A four-year degree in, English, marketing, communications, or a similar field is required.
  4. Self-motivated and results-driven individual with the ability to work independently.
  5. Excellent written and organizational skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail.
  7. Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad group of stakeholders to foster trust and partnership.
  8. Excels in working in a fast paced environment.
