Social Media & AI Intern

Position Overview
As a Full-time Social Media & AI Intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating Z Gallerie’s digital transformation by blending creative strategy with cutting-edge AI tools. This isn’t just about scheduling posts—it’s about redefining how a heritage brand engages modern audiences through data-driven storytelling, automation, and scalable content innovation. You’ll work alongside our Brand Marketing team to optimize workflows, uncover insights, and prototype AI-powered solutions that elevate our social presence.

Responsibilities

  • AI-Powered Content Strategy: Experiment with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to streamline ideation, produce dynamic assets, and personalize content at scale—freeing creative bandwidth for high-impact campaigns.
  • Data-Informed Storytelling: Translate social analytics into actionable recommendations, identifying trends and opportunities to refine Z Gallerie’s voice, audience targeting, and content mix.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Audit competitor and industry leader strategies, reverse-engineering successes and whitespace opportunities for Z Gallerie’s premium home lifestyle niche.
  • Process Innovation: Develop frameworks to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., reporting, asset repurposing) using AI, enabling the team to focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-Platform Growth: Contribute to platform-specific experiments (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with a focus on driving engagement, conversions, and brand affinity.

Qualifications

  • Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Academic or self-driven knowledge of AI applications in marketing, social media algorithms, or consumer behavior.
  • Familiarity with content strategy frameworks, branding principles, or digital analytics
    (courses, certifications, or hands-on projects count!).
  • Self-starter with an upbeat, positive personality
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Previous internship or freelance experience in social media, e-commerce, or influencer marketing.
