Job Description:
Seeking a Scientist with experience in regulated bioanalytical laboratories (GLP) to perform quantitative analysis of biological samples using HPLC-MS. The role involves sample extraction, instrument operation, data processing, and documentation in compliance with GLP and ALCOA standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bioanalytical sample analysis using HPLC-MS.
- Prepare solutions and reagents; operate lab instruments (balances, pH meters, pipettes, etc.).
- Conduct extractions using PPT, LLE, and SPE techniques.
- Process and analyze data using SCIEX Analyst software.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation following ALCOA principles.
- Adhere to GLP and regulatory guidelines.
- Use Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data tracking.
- Work collaboratively in a group setting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science with 2–5 years of lab experience, or a master's degree.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC-MS in a regulated setting.
- Familiarity with GLP/GCLP requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Experience with electronic data and lab systems.
- Experience in bioanalytical method development and validation.
- Familiarity with lab automation and robotic pipettors.
- Fast-paced, team-oriented lab supporting regulated clinical and non-clinical studies using HPLC-MS techniques.
