Job Title: Outside Part Sales Staff
Reports To: Outside Parts Sales Manager
Hours of Work: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Outside Parts Sales Representative to grow and manage a territory-based book of business. In this field-based role, you will build strong relationships with commercial customers, identify new sales opportunities, and promote a wide range of heavy-duty truck parts and solutions.
This position is not remote work and does not require overnight travel. You’ll spend your day meeting customers at their locations, managing accounts, and occasionally delivering parts to support sales and service efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular in-person visits, phone calls, and email communication
- Prospect and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Manage customer activity and track leads using HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate and communicate with internal teams including warehouse, parts, and service to meet customer needs and resolve issues
- Utilize Microsoft Teams and other internal systems for communication, reporting, and updates
- Provide exceptional customer service while promoting additional parts and solutions
- Deliver parts when necessary to support and strengthen account relationships and customer satisfaction
Ideal Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (parts sales or related industry preferred)
- Prospecting and business development experience
- Background in trucking, automotive, or heavy-duty equipment is a plus
- Proficient with HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, and other sales technology
- Excellent time management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform occasional physical tasks
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (Drug-Free Workplace)
