Junior Media & Analytics Associate

Bullseye Strategy is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Junior Media & Analytics Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with relevant certifications looking to launch their career in digital media and marketing analytics.

As part of our Media & Analytics team, you will support cross-functional initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in client reporting, performance measurement, campaign execution, and budget operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to explore both media and analytics functions and grow into your strongest areas of interest and skill.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), with the ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret success measurement, and identify potential tagging or tracking issues.
  • Build and maintain internal and external client-facing dashboards using Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio)
     
  • Prepare and deliver monthly analytics reports for up to 10 client accounts.
     
  • Work closely with senior team members to analyze campaign performance data and uncover strategic opportunities tailored to each client’s goals.
     

Media Support & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in paid search and paid social campaign execution and optimization under the guidance of media managers.
     
  • Learn platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc., and how to perform daily in-platform optimization tasks.
  • Learn and assist with media planning, RFP, and communication processes with programmatic and publisher partners.
  • Assist with compiling performance reports and pulling metrics from platforms to support campaign analysis and client reporting.
     
  • Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and trackers to support organized and efficient execution.
  • Proactively participate in training sessions and stay up to date on industry trends and platform updates to continuously build media knowledge.

Budget Management

  • Manage the insertion order (IO) process and maintain accurate documentation.
     
  • Update and reconcile monthly budget tracking sheets in coordination with the Director of Operations.
     
  • Ensure accurate media spend reporting and assist with pacing reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or related field — OR equivalent certifications and internship experience.
     
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, data analytics, and media planning/buying.
     
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Workspace.
     
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or other dashboard/reporting tools is a plus.
     
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager is a plus, but not required.
     
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
