Clinical Quality Associate

Job Position: Clinical Quality Associate

Essential Functions:

  • Assisting the Clinical Quality Manager in executing various administrative tasks.
  • Handling a variety of quality and population health projects assigned to you.
  • Utilizing the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to compare and reconcile patient medical records, ensuring the resolution of report discrepancies.
  • Compiling and consolidating reports from multiple insurance companies using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with insurance companies on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Actively participate in meetings focused on quality measures and strategies, involving insurance companies, vendors, and internal managers.
  • Perform additional administrative duties, including report generation, data compilation, record analysis, and related tasks pertaining to HEDIS Clinical Quality measures.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week).
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and navigate multiple systems, including EMR and company portals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HEDIS is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience in similar field preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese required.
