The Opportunity

We’re growing fast and looking for driven individuals to join our Recruiting & Account Management teams in our Dallas branch. These are both sales-focused roles:

  • Recruiters connect with top technical talent
  • Account Managers work directly with businesses to sell our staffing solutions

 

Everyone starts in a Recruiter role with a clear path to grow into Account Management through our SDR Program depending on your strengths and goals.

 

What You’ll Do as a Recruiter

  • Source and build relationships with top-tier IT talent
  • Match candidates with the right opportunities
  • Learn to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment

 

What You’ll Do as an Account Manager (career path option)

  • Drive new business development
  • Act as the bridge between clients and recruiters
  • Sell our services to companies across industries
