Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our law firm. This role includes greeting clients, managing phone calls, handling mail, and providing administrative support to attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and visitors

Answer and route calls

Schedule appointments and manage calendars

Handle mail and deliveries

Perform general clerical tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)

Maintain confidentiality and a professional front office

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Office or legal setting experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Professional appearance and demeanor
