Associate Governmental Program Analyst / SENIOR CITATION ENFORCEMENT ANALYST
The Contractors State License Board (CSLB) is currently recruiting for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst in the Enforcement Division’s Citation Enforcement Section.
This position is located in NORWALK.
Under the general direction of the Supervising Special Investigator I (Non- Peace Officer), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst independently performs the most complex analytical duties related to operational oversight, compliance assurance, and performance monitoring of citation enforcement activities. The incumbent exercises significant discretion and judgment in analyzing data, creating policy recommendations, evaluating legal and programmatic compliance trends, and advising leadership on systemic improvements. The incumbent serves as a technical lead on program data analytics, citation processing audits, and strategic workflow modernization.
