Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for a recent graduate with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Design, or a related field who is eager to launch a career in digital marketing.

In this role, you will work directly with clients and our internal team to verify, optimize, and manage Google Business Profiles, support ongoing SEO campaigns, and help local businesses improve their online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBPs) for ThriveFuel clients
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and local SEO audits
  • Assist with reporting and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Support content creation efforts with SEO best practices in mind
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and account managers on SEO-driven strategies
  • Stay up to date on SEO trends and Google algorithm updates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation within 6 months) in Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Design, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of search engines, SEO, or digital marketing concepts
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the digital marketing field
  • Experience with Google tools, WordPress, or website platforms is a plus, but not required
