Symphony Towers Infrastructure acquires, manages, and leases rooftop, tower and other telecommunication cell sites interests in urban, suburban, and rural environments throughout the United States. Symphony operates as one of the largest privately held owners of these sites across the United States and is backed by one of the largest digital infrastructure firms in the country.

Acquisitions Internship Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to learn from a niche, recession resilient industry as an Acquisitions Intern assisting with the negotiation and acquisition of active cell sites from owners, as part of a key digital infrastructure investment platform. The Acquisition Intern will develop skills and support members of a small, tight‐knit Acquisitions team to assist in building a robust pipeline of cell‐site lease acquisition leads, as well as key lead data enhancement. Reporting to the Director of Acquisitions, the Acquisitions Intern will be assisting with calling from our prospect database to get through to, and connect with site owners/decision makers, and stimulate interest in a follow-up conversation alongside Acquisitions Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn/Acquire knowledge within Telecom and Real Estate Acquisition deal flow.
- Perform active outreach to individual Cell Site Owners with oversite from the Acquisitions Team.
- Enter Detailed and precise notation for internal database key fields and information.
- Set appointments through email outreach for Acquisitions Advisors with site owners to follow through with the Acquisitions process.
- Soliciting key deal information by utilizing 3rd party tools, including current property ownership, current owner contact, accurate address information, etc.
- Developing the ability to research and enhance, while learning to utilize third party reference tools applying to accurate information updating within Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Working towards or recently acquired a BS/BA in a related field.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus.
- Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate and seek constructive feedback.
- Willingness to learn the fundamentals of Acquisitions/Real Estate from Symphony’s Acquisitions team, and their managers.
- Self‐starter and problem solver mindset and habits.
