Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day content creation and scheduling across all Femeflex platforms. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience with a fast-growing startup, enjoys trend-watching, and is passionate about storytelling through social.
Responsibilities
- • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest
- • Manage posting calendar and weekly content flow
- • Monitor social trends and recommend viral or relevant content opportunities
- • Collaborate with the founder and brand ambassadors for user-generated content (UGC)
- • Respond to comments and community engagement across platforms
- • Track content performance and help refine strategy based on insights
Ideal Candidate
- • College student or recent grad majoring in marketing, communications, media, PR, or a related field
- • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- • Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- • Excellent communication and writing skills
- • Comfortable working remotely and independently
- • Passionate about women’s health, lifestyle brands, or startup culture
