Schedule: Summer 2025 | 25–35 hours/week

About Us
Superstars Contracting Inc. is a New York City–based general contracting firm specializing in façade restoration, Local Law 11 compliance, interior renovations, and structural repairs. Our projects range from high-end residential and commercial work to complex exterior restorations throughout the five boroughs.
Internship Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern to support day-to-day operations both in the field and behind the scenes. You’ll gain first-hand experience in construction management, site coordination, and project documentation while shadowing licensed professionals and learning how real projects are delivered from planning to punch list.
Responsibilities
- Assist with job site inspections and project walkthroughs
- Document project progress through notes, photos, and reports
- Help with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and daily logs
- Organize and manage digital files and construction documents
- Shadow superintendents, project managers, and estimators
- Prepare materials for meetings and client updates
- Support internal operations (procurement, communications, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Studying Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable working both on-site and in an office environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, or project tracking software a plus
- Passion for construction, design, or project management
