
Social Media Account Manager/Copywriter
As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day social media aspects of the clients above.
This can include but is not limited to:
- Developing social media strategy alongside the broader team
- Creative copywriting for social media captions in the brands voice
- Client Research/Copy Stalking to build on performance/engagement metrics
- Communicating with clients on a regular basis
- Implementing the social media strategy through social media scheduling, monitoring and setting up email blasts/email automations
- Managing multiple client accounts
- Responding to emails from both clients, internal team, and clients customers in a timely manner
- Responding to social media messages and logging outcomes
- Implementing organic growth strategies and outreach on behalf of the clients
- Identifying partnership opportunities to leverage third parties social media and email lists
- Being on team calls and client calls
- Basic editing and organizing social media graphics with the support of our dedicated graphic designer.
- Review reports, identify trends, make suggestions
- Present results at weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
Requirements:
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to self-motivate to complete tasks
- Social media management and understanding
- Basic email newsletter management experience is preferred (we can teach you email automations but if you have some experience with this that would be fantastic)

- Meta business manager (We have a buyer but you will need to check ad performance)

- Kajabi (FCI course delivery)
- Shopify (sales)
- NOTE: We do not expect you to have experience with the tools at the end of this list as we can provide instruction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
