Social Media & Influencer Coordinator

We’re seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media & Influencer Coordinator who lives and breathes the ever-evolving world of social media. If you’re always ahead of the trends, thrive on building connections, have creative ideas constantly floating in your mind, and know what it takes to make content go viral, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

Social Media:

Trend Spotting: Stay plugged into what’s trending across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. Be the first to identify opportunities to creatively showcase our brand.

Content Creation: Plan, design, and execute scroll-stopping content, leveraging platform-specific features like Reels, Stories, Pins, and Shorts to captivate our audience.

Analytics-Driven Strategy: Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact.

Platform Expertise: Utilize the full suite of social media features, from Instagram’s Collabs to TikTok lives, to enhance content visibility.

Community Engagement: Build meaningful connections by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering a vibrant community around our products.

Influencer Collaboration:

Outreach & Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, and brand advocates who align with Zion Health’s mission and values.

Campaign Coordination: Develop and manage influencer campaigns to amplify product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.

Content Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers to ensure authentic, high-quality content that resonates with their audiences and reflects our brand.

Performance Tracking: Measure the success of influencer partnerships and campaigns, optimizing strategies to maximize ROI.

Gifting Programs: Organize and oversee product seeding initiatives to generate organic buzz and user-generated content.

What You Bring:

Deep passion for social media and a natural ability to spot trends before they explode.

Proven experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.

Knowledge of the unique features, algorithms, and best practices for each platform.

Experience collaborating with influencers and managing partnerships.

A creative mindset paired with a knack for storytelling and visual aesthetics.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and refine strategies accordingly.

Excellent communication skills for engaging with online communities, influencers, and internal teams.

Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or other content-creation platforms is a plus.
