The Michelson Organization is poised for massive growth and is looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Property Management Trainee Program. Explore a new city while developing your customer service, finance, operations, marketing, and sales skills. Our management trainees are “utility players” learning every facet of the business. You bring:

• Bachelor's degree with strong scholastic performance
• Involvement in extracurricular activities. You aren’t afraid of a challenge!
• Demonstrated leadership, analytic, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to relocate, often more than once.
• Some sales and marketing experience (preferred)
