Job Title: Graphic Designer or Illustrator

Organization: Global Recordings Network (GRN)

Location: On-site in Tucson, AZ for Summer 2025 (Other arrangements may be considered outside of this period)

Job Type: Full-time

About Us:

Global Recordings Network (GRN) exists so that people might hear and understand God's Word in their heart language—especially those who are oral communicators and those who do not have Scriptures in a form they can access. Through audio and visual resources, we seek to make the gospel available to all people, regardless of language or literacy level.

Position Overview:

GRN is seeking a talented and mission-driven Graphic Designer or Illustrator to visually communicate our message and enhance our outreach efforts. This individual will play a crucial role in branding, trade show displays, social media engagement, web graphics, and more. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong passion for using design to support evangelism and ministry efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain GRN’s visual branding across all platforms.
  • Design trade show booths, banners, and promotional materials for events.
  • Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, reports, and event programs.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and the 2025 Summer Ministry Team to create visually compelling content that aligns with GRN’s mission and vision.
  • Ensure designs reflect cultural sensitivity and accessibility for diverse audiences worldwide.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Illustrator, preferably in a non-profit or ministry setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design work.
  • Knowledge of social media design trends and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with website design.
  • A commitment to the mission and values of GRN.
