Strategy and M&A intern
We’re looking for a high-performing Strategy & M&A Intern to join Infosly and support live consulting projects, acquisition screening, and internal initiatives. You’ll work directly with the founder (ex-BCG, ex-JPMorgan) and an ex-Bain consultant to support real clients and transactions.
Responsibilities include:
Researching and evaluating acquisition targets across healthcare, SaaS, industrials, and business services
Building market landscapes, competitor benchmarks, and operational profiles
Supporting the development of investment memos, client presentations, and internal tools
Assisting with financial modeling, outreach, and KPI tracking on live engagements
Contributing to repeatable internal systems (e.g. CRM tracking, playbooks, dashboard templates)
We’re looking for someone who:
Writes clearly, thinks critically, and works independently with minimal oversight
Has experience or strong interest in management consulting, private equity, or search funds
Is comfortable working in PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Excel, and Google Docs
Is proactive, fast-learning, and thrives in a fast-moving, unstructured environment
(Bonus) Has prior internship or campus leadership experience in business or startup environments
Minimum requirements:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top undergraduate or MBA program
Strong communication and analytical skills
Available ~15–20 hours/week (flexible around academic schedules)
Must be based in the U.S. or able to work U.S. business hours
