Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, culture-aware Social Media Manager who can strategize, schedule, and scale content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Threads. You’ll be responsible for turning raw content into engaging posts that grow reach, followers, and brand authority.

 

This is not just a scheduler job—you’ll be building meme-native, trend-driven content strategies across multiple verticals (music, tech, content marketing, creator economy). You’ll work with our editors, strategists, and leadership to execute at scale.

Responsibilities

 

 

Own the content calendar for 2–3 brand accounts (Anthem Nation, Content Engine, etc.)

Schedule & publish daily short-form videos across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts

Write captions, CTAs, and hooks that convert views into followers or clicks

Research trends weekly and feed relevant insights into the team

Monitor performance (views, CTR, shares, saves) and report weekly

Engage with the community (respond to comments, find collaborations)

Coordinate with the editing team to ensure content output matches strategy

Archive posts, track top-performing formats, and build our internal swipe vault

Skills & Requirements

 

 

Strong understanding of TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Gen Z content behavior

Knowledge of music, meme culture, creator economy, or marketing trends

Ability to write engaging copy that feels native, not corporate

Extremely organized and deadline-oriented

Bonus: Experience with tools like Later, Metricool, Buffer, or Creator Studio

Bonus: Has grown or managed a social page with at least 10k+ reach/month

Bonus: Basic Canva or graphic design skills for post variations
