A Day in the Life of a SWAG Sales Associate:

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Drive Growth: Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through strategic cold outreach, effective networking, and diligent follow-up.
• Cultivate Partnerships: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for existing clients, expertly managing all aspects of the order process to ensure seamless experiences.
• Become a Solutions Architect: Dive deep into understanding clients' current challenges and leverage your creativity to research and develop imaginative, high-quality product recommendations that provide tangible solutions.
• Champion Client Success: Partner with internal teams to meticulously ensure all client requirements are met, from artwork approval and production timelines to accurate order tracking.
• Master Our Tools: Utilize our user-friendly proprietary software system (Facilis) to efficiently create compelling quotes, engaging presentations, persuasive proposals, and accurate orders.
