Marketing Intern

Position Summary:

Support Missionmind.ai’s go-to-market efforts by combining traditional marketing tactics with AI-driven “digital workers” to generate and nurture leads across email and voice channels.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor for attending local conferences and networking events

Specific Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation workflows
  • Fundamental data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Interest in AI/automation technologies and willingness to learn how to train digital workers
  • Confidence in public speaking or delivering brief presentations

Expected Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis; present actionable insights
  • Draft, A/B-test, and optimize cold-outreach email templates and subject lines
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to script and refine voice-and-email sequences for our digital workers
  • Track and analyze performance metrics; iterate on messaging for improved open and response rates
  • Represent Missionmind.ai at industry meetups and local events; collect and qualify leads
  • Assist the leadership team in drafting press releases, social media posts, and PR messaging for a consistent brand voice
