
Marketing Intern
Position Summary:
Support Missionmind.ai’s go-to-market efforts by combining traditional marketing tactics with AI-driven “digital workers” to generate and nurture leads across email and voice channels.
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor for attending local conferences and networking events
Specific Skills We’re Looking For:
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation workflows
- Fundamental data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
- Interest in AI/automation technologies and willingness to learn how to train digital workers
- Confidence in public speaking or delivering brief presentations
Expected Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis; present actionable insights
- Draft, A/B-test, and optimize cold-outreach email templates and subject lines
- Collaborate with AI engineers to script and refine voice-and-email sequences for our digital workers
- Track and analyze performance metrics; iterate on messaging for improved open and response rates
- Represent Missionmind.ai at industry meetups and local events; collect and qualify leads
- Assist the leadership team in drafting press releases, social media posts, and PR messaging for a consistent brand voice
