Social Media Content Creator Assistant

We are looking to add a part-time Social Media Content Creator Assistant to Steadfast and Sustained (www.SteadfastAndSustained.com). This role will focus on content support (editing together videos, formulating and executing a content calendar across multiple social platforms), as well as some content creation (TikTok/ reel style and graphics). 

Our company is looking for someone who is passionate about the mission “to empower believers to engage with scripture, remember God’s promises, and foster deeper peace and growth.” This person should be driven, enthusiastic, and excited about collaborating with Steadfast and Sustained to market our Christian journals! This role has flexibility and creativity for bringing the products to life, and helping encourage believers in their faith.

Responsibilities:
Edit together videos for social media

  • Edit promotional videos as needed
  • Upload videos to TikTok to post, add sound & text (whether a repost or a newly created video)
  • Save posted TikToks to Dropbox
  • Save UGC videos to Dropbox (or use them)
  • Create content calendar: TikToks, UGC reposts (photos and reels), Bible verse graphics/ inspiration, occasional product photo with meaningful caption, sales & new product launch content as needed
  • Draft captions in the content calendar too, adjust per platform
  • Graphic design for Instagram graphics, sales, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Understands TikTok & Instagram trends: Keeps up with faith-based trends, audios, and content formats.
  • Creative eye for minimal, clean, aesthetic visuals: Comfortable working within a branded look (light, calming, faith-inspired).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills: Can write clear, engaging, and thoughtful captions that align with our voice.
  • Organized and self-motivated: Able to plan content in advance, meet deadlines, and manage a content calendar with minimal supervision.
  • Basic graphic design skills: Familiar with Canva or Adobe Express to create simple, branded graphics for social media.
  • Comfortable working with Dropbox: Able to stay organized and manage media files efficiently.

Flexible and open to feedback: Willing to collaborate, test different approaches, and refine content to improve reach and engagement.

Note: hours are flexible.
