Ranging from backyard birthdays to working with Spotify, HBO, and Positive Development for Children with Autism. We transform ideas into immersive productions for our clients. Our comprehensive services include client booking, production, music, children’s entertainers, circus artists, over 200 subcontractors, lighting, sound, and full-production event management.
Internship Overview
We’re seeking a sharp, reliable Administrative Intern to support our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world business and event experience, working side by side with our founder—who built the company from grassroots beginnings to celebrity-level clientele.
This is a paid, part-time internship with the following schedule:
- 4 in-office hours (Mondays and Tuesdays in NJ/NY area)
- 20 virtual hours (Weekdays, 10 AM–6 PM or 9 AM–5 PM)
What You’ll Do
- Lead Management: Answer phones, respond to leads, send follow-ups, update templates, and gather new client details
- Financial Support: Assist with invoices and payments to subcontractors
- System Development: Research and recommend tools for automation—event check-ins, client communication, invoicing, and payment collection
- Automation Integration: Implement a cohesive system with AI features and low-fee processing
- Review Management: Create and maintain automated email campaigns for collecting reviews
- Administrative Support: Handle daily clerical tasks and support project coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized and a fast learner
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Warm, trustworthy, ready-to-work attitude—no flakes
- Comfortable taking direction and working independently
- Must be proficient with Apple products (MacBook Air, iPhone), G-Drive, Gmail, and call forwarding systems. (Note: We do not use Microsoft products.)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- A passion for entertainment and event production is a plus!
