Multilingual Event Support Specialist

Multilingual

Able to communicate fluently in English and at least one other

Proficiency

local language (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, depending on

target region).

Senior-Friendly

Patience, clarity, and empathy in explaining technology to elderly

users; speaks slowly, avoids jargon.

Basic Mobile Tech

Can operate Android and iOS devices smoothly, install apps,

troubleshoot permissions, Wi-Fi, and basic phone settings.

Customer Service

Proven ability to handle people in in-person support scenarios —

Experience

ideally in healthcare, retail, or tech help.

Event Handling or

Comfortable working at booths, checking names, managing field work

crowds, or guiding people in public or semi-formal settings.

Cultural Sensitivity Respectful and adaptive to various cultural and religious

backgrounds, especially among elderly immigrant populations.

Clear Background

Since working with health-related user data, must pass any check required compliance/background screening.

Punctual & Reliable Must be able to arrive on time, stay throughout the event, and

follow through on responsibilities independently.
