Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative
Bi-lingual(Spanish, English) Customer Service Representative- We are looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to connect with our insurance customers.
Job Duties-
- Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, billing, and claims
- Processing Policy Changes: Handling policy modifications, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Updating Customer Records: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and policy information
- Issuing Insurance Documents: Providing policyholders with proof of insurance and other relevant paperwork.
- Following up on Claims: Checking on the status of claims and keeping customers informed.
- Building Rapport: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
