BE THE BRAND!  Tiger Sauce is an exotic, moderately spicy blend of ingredients with a cayenne pepper base accentuated by the perfect touch of sweet!  Are you our person??   If you have a passion for food, thrive in community engagements, active in social media, and love to influence others, join our team!  We are seeking a vibrant individual to represent and promote the Tiger Sauce brand through guerilla marketing, pop-ups, demos, tastings, etc.

The Field Marketing and Engagement Manager will be responsible for owning and executing the field marketing roadmap for Tiger Sauce.  The Tiger Sauce label is an established brand with a winning footprint across the South and Eastern parts of the US.  This position will plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and launches and measure outcomes against financial and other success targets.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drives execution of on-site marketing, advertising, promotional activities and creative sales campaigns that reach the target audience, create buzz, and generate demand.
  • Develops creative physical and digital marketing collateral and communication materials that are consistent with brand standards and energize target audience.
  • Initiates business development and fosters relationships with key partners creating new opportunities for brand activation and audience engagement.
  • Plans and executes brand's participation in community events to increase brand awareness, auxiliary sales, and strengthen brand perception.
  • Analyzes outcome metrics and shares key insights and industry trends with stakeholders to drive decisions and influence outcomes.

  • Superior interpersonal skills which support the ability to influence, entertain, educate, and inspire.
  • Confident, dynamic and engaging personality with a professional image and appearance.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency, responsiveness, and level-headedness.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality or Culinary Science preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in marketing, sales, or related field with demonstrated ability to design and execute successful guest-facing marketing programs and measure campaign outcomes for insights.
  • Detail oriented with strong writing skills to create and steward brand materials and voice.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects smoothly.
  • Base understanding of financial concepts and budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Must be able to travel and manage a flexible schedule including weekends.
