We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to help shape and grow the Ooln brand across our digital channels. This is a unique opportunity to drive our voice and narrative as we prepare for major milestones, including product launches and fundraising.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to own Ooln’s day-to-day social media presence and help build a compelling brand narrative. You will work closely with the founders and product team to craft messaging, develop campaigns, and create engaging content that resonates with our community of traders and fintech enthusiasts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow Ooln’s presence across social channels including TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and Discord.
  • Develop and schedule daily content (video, graphics, polls, threads) aligned with our brand voice.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze engagement, and adjust strategy based on data.
  • Support in creating and executing marketing campaigns tied to product launches, milestones, and partnerships.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone across all platforms, blending fintech authority with startup energy.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to create visual assets for posts, announcements, and community engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on fintech trends and trading culture to keep content relevant and timely.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or brand management (startup experience is a plus).
  • Writing: Strong written communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, engaging content.
  • Tools: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, Notion, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Insight: Interest or experience in fintech, crypto, or retail trading is a big plus.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and own projects from idea to execution.
  • Creativity: Passion for content creation and a knack for finding unique ways to engage online communities.
