
Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator position is a foundational role for our company. You orchestrate the installation and
delivery of our buildings and covers to customer with 5* service. You are directly responsible for the day to day
management of our materials and scheduling, and assist with the Operations Manager our frontline service crews.
Attention to detail, stellar customer service, and executional excellence is a must for this role.
-You are responsible for coordinating materials needed in order to complete jobs in the field for our customers on schedule and ensure we deliver 5* service.
-You are responsible for communicating lead times and schedules with customers.
-You are responsible for digitally managing our fleet of trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment.
-You will assist with coordinating inventory levels of materials and inventory in the Yard to monitor where we are low on materials, and alert the Operations Manager about stock levels monthly for orders.
-Think not only about the task that needs to be done right now, but what are the next 3 steps to get jobs done efficiently, and ensure 5* service on all jobs.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Ensure our service calendar and lead times stay on track at all times
2. Responsible for accurate ordering of our job materials - Place sheet metal and frame material orders with
100% accuracy
3. Ensure materials are completed and ready to go for field team on time
4. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure projects are completed and put together properly
5. Manage inventory counts periodically and work with Operations Manager to place large material orders
6. Prepare Delivery & customer Will-Call paperwork
7. Communicate with customers regarding questions & concerns, and coordinate with Operations Manager to
find solutions
8. Prepare the Field Team check sheets and complete follow ups after each project
9. Communicate between Field Team Members and Operations Manager regarding start times, project
deadlines, important updates, etc
10. Assist Kit customers when they call in with questions regarding materials, and give guidance on installation
11. Work with Sales Team to help guide Customers through permitting process
