Marketing Intern
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Hours per week: part time up to 40 hrs
Duration: Summer 2025 and possibly beyond
1. General Summary of the Position:
The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Marketing Team to assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, market research, and support in promoting our products and brand. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing within the manufacturing, distribution and construction industries.
Essential Functions:
•
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
•
Create and schedule content for social media platforms, newsletters, and blogs
•
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
•
Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product sheets
•
Help maintain and update the company website and CRM system
•
Assist with planning and coordination of trade shows, events, and promotional activities
•
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics
•
Collaborate with internal teams to gather product knowledge and customer insights
Qualifications:
•
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms is a plus
•
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Interest in B2B marketing
