Real Estate Intern - Title Insurance Specialist
The Real Estate Intern – Title Insurance Specialist will support the Housing Counseling Department in delivering comprehensive housing with a special focus on title insurance processes.
The intern will gain hands-on experience in client services, title insurance procedures, HUD-compliant documentation, and homebuyer education. This position is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of virtual platforms to engage with clients.
- Experience in facilitating presentations to large groups.
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize and manage tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills verbal and written. Spanish/English language skills required.
- Strong computer skills including experience with MS Office and database management.
