Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant

Array of Hope is seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant to help amplify our brand's voice across social media platforms. As a social media assistant you'll play a key role in leveraging AOH content on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This position requires someone with a passion for storytelling, content strategy, and social media trends. You'll work directly with the Content Creator to develop engaging content that drives awareness and community engagement.

As an integral part of our team, this role will report to the Content Creator.

Time Commitment: 10-15 hours/week, 4-5 days/week- Hybrid role: Office, Old Tappan, NJ
(This is a part time position with a commitment of at least 10+ hours per week. The role is Hybrid with office located in Old Tappan, NJ)

Job Responsibilities

  • Curate, repurpose, and manage digital content for social platforms.
  • Write compelling copy for posts, captions, that align with AOH mission.
  • Help with TikTok and Instagram Reels, keeping up with trends and best practices.
  • Monitor social engagement and performance analytics to optimize content strategy.
  • Work with the Content Creator to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

Job Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal skills with a clear, engaging, and brand-aligned voice.
  • Experience using Facebook, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn for brand storytelling.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media analytics to improve engagement.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Organized, detail-orientated, and able to multi-task
