About the Role:

Park Slope Cleaning is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior Operations Manager to help us run our growing commercial cleaning and facilities business across New York City. This is a rare opportunity to get hands-on business operations training while learning the ins and outs of commercial real estate.

You’ll work directly with the General Manager, learn how buildings run behind the scenes, and help keep our team and clients on track every day.
 

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate daily operations across multiple job sites in NYC

Help schedule and support our cleaning teams

Communicate with clients and vendors

Track supplies, order inventory, and organize records

Attend walk-throughs and learn how commercial buildings operate

Support hiring, onboarding, and field team performance tracking

Improve systems, documentation, and team processes


Who You Are:

Interested in operations, real estate, or facilities

Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator

Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and email

Bonus: Spanish or Polish language skills
