We are looking for a creative and energetic individual with a strong ability to multitask. The candidate should be self-starter who is also comfortable working with a team in a busy, high-volume office. Salary flexibility dependent upon experrience.

Responsibilities include

• Social media posts
• Website development/maintenance
• Photography/ Video
• Photo/Video editing
• Design and develop creative, relevant and trend-savvy digital marketing content
• Design ads for rental and sales properties
• Modify and repost ads daily
• Design printed materials
• Liaise with print house and maintain schedules and deadlines
• Conduct property research to ensure accuracy of all data

Professional requirements include

• Must demonstrate proficiency in writing with attention to proper usage, grammar and syntax
• The ability to work well under pressure
• Must be a team-player as well as a self-starter who can take initiative
• Must be highly organized
• Must be diligent with a keen eye for detail
• Feels comfortable speaking to and working with others
• Polite and professional phone manner
