📍 Location: Snowport, Seaport District, Boston, MA
📅 Dates: November 7, 2025 – December 28, 2025
🕒 Hours of Operation:
- Wednesday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Closed Mondays & Tuesdays (except Dec 23 & 24)

Snowport is Boston’s beloved holiday pop-up featuring vendors, gifts, and festive experiences. We're looking for 3 energetic and personable Sales Ambassadors to represent our booth, engage with visitors, and drive product sales during the holiday season.

🧑‍💼 Job Details
Role: Seasonal Sales Ambassador
Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
Total Hours: 20–25 hours/week per employee

Estimated Weekly Schedule (3 rotating team members):
We aim for 2 people per shift during high-traffic hours.
You’ll work 4–5 shifts/week, including weekends.

Sample Shift Coverage Plan:

Wed–Fri | Evening | 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM | 2 staff
Sat–Sun | Morning | 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 2 staff
Sat–Sun | Evening | 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM | 2 staff

✅ Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and enthusiasm
- Answer product-related questions and process transactions
- Assist in maintaining inventory and visual merchandising
- Support daily setup and breakdown of booth
- Report on customer feedback and sales insights

🧠 Ideal Candidate
- Enrolled in a Business, Marketing, or Sales program
- Interested in building face-to-face sales and communication skills
- Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
- Previous customer service or retail experience a plus (but not required!)
