Marketing / Strategy Internship – Summer / Fall 2025

Rajant is searching for a Marketing / Strategy Co-Op student to join our team of like-minded marketers, strategists, visionaries, data hounds, number crunchers, and storytellers to develop and promote Rajant's exciting vision, mission and go-to-market strategy.  This position has the potential for full-time permanent employment.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Rajant is seeking an enthusiastic college student majoring in graphic design, marketing, communications, advertising, or closely related field attending an accredited college or university to join the Marketing & Strategy team. 

 

Active, hands-on involvement assisting with various marketing projects and tasks in this global, high-tech, and fast-paced corporate environment will provide a wealth of real-world collaborative experience and professional development opportunity. 

Reporting: 

  • Reports to the VP of Strategy & Marketing at the corporate office in Malvern PA to mentor and assist. 
  • Additionally, works closely with other sales and marketing staff will be expected contingent upon the project or task. 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Responsibilities and projects will fall under several areas of marketing. They may include the following: brand and marketing strategy, website, SEO & AI-search, collateral, video production, social media, product launches, events and overall sales and go-to-market support.
  • Assist and attend marketing-related, company-wide meetings and events.
  • Assigned projects will be tracked by the intern and shared for monitoring, feedback and professional growth development.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Aptitude in crafting and executing a vision with creativity, style with attention to details and marketing impact.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop and/or other common design applications.
  • Advanced in typography, print design and layout, web design photography, and social media marketing.
  • Motivated, self-starter that embraces quality of deliverables and accountability.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills is relevant.
  • Ability to work on several different projects concurrently and meet deadlines on time.
  • Accountability-focused and demonstrated strength to perform independently and as a part of a team.

Education & Experience: 

  • 3.5 GPA with Major in graphic design, marketing, communications, advertising, or closely related field attending an accredited college or university. 
  • The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and self-motivated student with strong writing, design, and computer skills, plus a basic understanding of marketing principles. 
  • Must be able to collaborate on projects, take direction, and manage workload in a timely manner. 
  • Should have the ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment and have a pleasant disposition, positive people skills, and a proactive attitude. 

Employment Type: Intern, Full-Time with opportunity for Permanent Full-Time.    

Location: Malvern, PA. (Hybrid remote work optional with supervisor approval)
