Marketing Intern
Position Summary
The Marketing Intern will support the DRB Capital Marketing team with day-to-day operations, campaign execution, market research, content development, and analytics reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Draft and edit marketing content, including blog posts, email copy, landing pages, and social media captions.
Monitor campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media insights.
Help maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Support content calendar management and internal communications.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaigns and visuals.
Collaborate with other departments, including Compliance, Product, and Customer Experience, to ensure cohesive messaging.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, HubSpot, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Self-starter with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
