Live2Create Leadership Academy is seeking dynamic and creative college students or young professionals pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media to help us build our brand and increase our online presence.
 

Role: Marketing & Social Media Intern
 

Reports to: Founder & President

Purpose: Helping to grow our brand awareness and engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Essential Functions: Social Media Management, Content Creation, Branding, Community Engagement

Status: Volunteer

Hourly Rate: Unpaid
 

We are actively seeking 2-4 dedicated marketing and social media interns to be a part of our in-house marketing team, helping to drive engagement across digital platforms. This is an opportunity to build real-world experience in content strategy, digital marketing, and nonprofit branding.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage social media content, including graphics, videos, and stories.
  • Write and schedule posts across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Develop creative campaigns to highlight our mission, programs, and student success stories.
  • Assist in crafting newsletters, blog posts, and website content.
  • Monitor analytics and provide insights on audience engagement and growth.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to messages and comments.
  • Capture photos, videos, and testimonials from students, staff, and events.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Passion for digital storytelling and nonprofit marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and think creatively.
  • Background in video editing or social media analytics is a plus.
     

Commitment: 8-10 hours per week, flexible scheduling available.
