Content Marketing Intern
Foundations Worldwide, Inc. is an Ohio-based company that makes commercial children’s products like cribs, strollers, and changing stations. We’re looking for a creative and motivated Content Marketing Intern to join our team for a hands-on learning experience.
In this role, you’ll support content creation across blogs, social media, and email campaigns, while gaining exposure to key digital marketing tools and strategies. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure that messaging aligns with brand guidelines. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent grad looking to build real-world marketing skills in a collaborative environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Content Creation & Curation
Gain a thorough understanding of our products, our brands, and the competitive landscape
Assist in creating compelling and engaging content to support brand and marketing initiatives, including blog posts, videos, social media posts, and other internal and external communications
Identify target audiences and craft content that resonates with their interests and needs
Assist in updating content on our websites to keep them accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly
Ensure all content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and voice
Digital Marketing
Gain a basic understanding of SEO and SEM to enhance online visibility
Assist in creating email campaigns and content for various audiences across all brands
Develop familiarity with marketing tools and techniques (MailChimp, HubSpot, Shopify, others) for creating effective campaigns
Analyze campaign data to refine strategy and optimize for maximum engagement and sales
Interpersonal & Communications Skills
Possess outstanding written and verbal communications skills, where you can communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively
Work collaboratively with colleagues across creative, sales, product, and customer service teams (both internal and external)
Understand our diverse customer needs and thoughtfully tailor marketing efforts to them
Required Experience & Skills
Working towards or obtained a bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fast learner, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
Creative thinking: You’re up for trying new things, testing, and innovating
Adaptability: You can think on your feet and won’t get flustered when priorities change or deadlines shift
Problem-solving: Ability to clearly identify problems and calmly develop effective solutions

Job type: Paid internship, with opportunities to work remotely but come into our office in Richfield, OH at least once a week
