Position Overview

We’re looking for a Research & Business Strategy Associate to support our executive team in high-impact business initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented individual eager to learn the inner workings of a dynamic U.S. manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market and industry research to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Prepare executive-level materials and briefing documents for meetings with clients, partners, and acquisition targets.

Assist with due diligence activities related to potential mergers and acquisitions.

Collaborate with internal departments and leadership on strategic business development.

Occasionally travel to client sites and company locations — valid driver’s license required.

Who You Are

Recent or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Passionate about business strategy, research, and M&A

Excellent communicator with strong writing and analytical skills

Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn hands-on business principles

Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
