Sales Coordinator Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales operations, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Coordination: Assist in managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, schedule discovery calls, and support the sales team in delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Lead Management: Handle incoming web leads, send acknowledgment emails, and qualify leads for next steps.
  • Sales Documentation: Help prepare quotes, contracts, evaluation documents, and job packets.
  • Project Support: Assist in organizing sales events, webinars, and internal initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Support the creation of sales reports and dashboards to track performance and identify trends.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
